In Lynn Canyon Park, there is a sign near the parking lot that points to "washroom", and the small building where the washroom is located is Lynn Canyon Cafe. In winter, November is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, and it will be closed in December and January, and will resume business every weekend in February.
